แอปพลิเคชัน NewWorld (“แอป”, “เรา”) เป็นแอปเรียนคำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษสำหรับผู้ใช้ชาวไทย พัฒนาโดย NewWorld Company

นโยบายฉบับนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บข้อมูลอะไร ใช้ทำอะไร แชร์กับใคร และคุณจะขอลบข้อมูลได้อย่างไร

การใช้งานแอปถือว่าคุณยอมรับนโยบายฉบับนี้

2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

2.1 ข้อมูลที่คุณให้เราโดยตรง

ข้อมูลเมื่อไหร่จำเป็นไหม

ที่อยู่อีเมลตอนสมัครด้วยอีเมล หรือเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Googleจำเป็น (ยกเว้นเล่นแบบผู้เยี่ยมชม)

รหัสผ่านตอนสมัครด้วยอีเมลจำเป็น (เก็บแบบเข้ารหัสโดย Firebase)

การเล่นแบบผู้เยี่ยมชม (Guest): คุณสามารถเล่นโดยไม่ต้องให้อีเมลได้ ระบบจะสร้างรหัสผู้ใช้แบบไม่ระบุตัวตนให้แทน

2.2 ข้อมูลที่ระบบสร้างขึ้นอัตโนมัติ

• รหัสผู้ใช้ (User ID) — รหัสสุ่มที่ใช้ระบุบัญชีของคุณในระบบ

• ความคืบหน้าการเรียน — ชุดคำศัพท์ที่เรียน ด่านที่ผ่าน คำที่ตอบผิด

• สกุลเงินในเกม — จำนวนเหรียญ เพชร และสถานะสมาชิก VIP

• ข้อมูลการใช้งาน — การเปิดแอป การเล่นด่าน การกดปุ่มต่างๆ

• ข้อมูลทางเทคนิค — รุ่นอุปกรณ์ เวอร์ชันระบบปฏิบัติการ บันทึกข้อผิดพลาด (crash log)

• รหัสโฆษณา (Advertising ID) — รหัสประจำอุปกรณ์สำหรับแสดงโฆษณา

2.3 ข้อมูลที่เรา ไม่ เก็บ

เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลต่อไปนี้:

• ชื่อ-นามสกุล

• ที่อยู่ หมายเลขโทรศัพท์

• ตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง (GPS)

• รูปภาพ วิดีโอ ไฟล์เสียงจากอุปกรณ์

• รายชื่อผู้ติดต่อ ปฏิทิน ข้อความ

• ข้อมูลบัตรเครดิตหรือข้อมูลทางการเงิน

• ข้อมูลสุขภาพ เชื้อชาติ ศาสนา หรือข้อมูลอ่อนไหวอื่นๆ

3. เราใช้ข้อมูลทำอะไร

4. บริการของบุคคลที่สามที่เราใช้

4.1 Google Firebase

เราใช้บริการของ Google Firebase สำหรับ:

• Firebase Authentication — ระบบเข้าสู่ระบบ

• Cloud Firestore — เก็บข้อมูลบัญชีและความคืบหน้า

• Firebase Storage — เก็บไฟล์เสียงคำศัพท์

• Firebase Analytics — วิเคราะห์การใช้งานเพื่อปรับปรุงแอป

• Cloud Functions — ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรางวัลจากโฆษณา

4.2 Google AdMob

เราแสดงโฆษณาผ่าน Google AdMob ซึ่งอาจใช้รหัสโฆษณาของอุปกรณ์คุณเพื่อแสดงโฆษณาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

5. การลบบัญชีและข้อมูล

คุณมีสิทธิ์ขอลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้ตลอดเวลา

วิธีขอลบบัญชี

2. ใช้หัวข้ออีเมลว่า “ขอลบบัญชี NewWorld”

3. ระบุ อีเมลที่ใช้สมัครในแอป (หรือรหัสผู้ใช้ หากเล่นแบบผู้เยี่ยมชม)

สิ่งที่จะถูกลบ

• บัญชีผู้ใช้และอีเมล

• ความคืบหน้าการเรียนทั้งหมด

• เหรียญ เพชร และสถานะ VIP

• ประวัติการใช้งานที่ผูกกับบัญชี

ระยะเวลาดำเนินการ

เราจะดำเนินการลบข้อมูลภายใน 30 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับคำขอ และจะแจ้งกลับทางอีเมลเมื่อดำเนินการเสร็จสิ้น

ข้อควรทราบ: เมื่อลบบัญชีแล้ว ข้อมูลทั้งหมดจะหายถาวรและไม่สามารถกู้คืนได้ รวมถึงเหรียญ เพชร และสถานะ VIP ที่เหลืออยู่

6. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

• ข้อมูลทั้งหมดถูก เข้ารหัสระหว่างการส่ง ด้วยโปรโตคอล HTTPS/TLS

• ข้อมูลจัดเก็บบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของ Google Firebase ซึ่งมีมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยระดับสากล

• รหัสผ่านถูกเข้ารหัสโดย Firebase Authentication เราไม่สามารถเข้าถึงรหัสผ่านของคุณได้

1. Overview

NewWorld (the “App”, “we”, “us”) is an English vocabulary learning app for Thai speakers, developed by NewWorld Company.

This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how you can request deletion.

By using the App, you agree to this policy.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

• Usage data — app launches, gameplay sessions, button interactions

• Technical data — device model, OS version, crash logs

• Advertising ID — device identifier used for serving ads

2.3 Data we do NOT collect

• Name, address, phone number

• Location (GPS)

• Photos, videos, or audio files from your device

• Contacts, calendar, or messages

• Payment card or financial information

• Health, race, religion, or other sensitive data

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Google Firebase

We use Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Firebase Analytics, and Cloud Functions.

4.2 Google AdMob

We serve ads through Google AdMob, which may use your device's Advertising ID to display relevant ads.

• Opt out via Device Settings → Google → Ads → Reset/Opt out of Ads Personalization

We do not share your email or learning progress with advertisers. Only the device Advertising ID is shared.

5. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

2. Use the subject line “NewWorld Account Deletion Request”

3. Include the email address used to register (or your User ID if using Guest mode)

What will be deleted

• User account and email address

• All learning progress

• Coins, gems, and VIP status

• Usage history linked to your account

Processing time

Deletion will be completed within 30 days of receiving your request. We will confirm by email once complete.

Note: Deletion is permanent. Remaining coins, gems, and VIP time cannot be recovered or refunded.

6. Data Security

• All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS

• Data is stored on Google Firebase servers with industry-standard security

• Passwords are encrypted by Firebase Authentication; we cannot access them

• Audio files and account data are access-restricted to authenticated users only

No system is 100% secure. We recommend using a strong password and not sharing your account.

7. Children

This app is suitable for all ages, including children.

For child users:

• Ads are set to family-safe content

• We collect only the minimum data necessary

• There is no chat, forum, or user-to-user contact

Parents who believe their child provided data without consent may contact newworldproject88@gmail.com to request deletion.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete your data, and object to personalized advertising.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page at least 7 days in advance. The last revision date is always shown at the top.
